Our Ethos/Core values

We want to provide an excellent service and experience for all our customers: whether you are a 1-1 client or a once in a while gym member. We aim to raise the standards of everyone’s gym experience and make sure everyone leaves feeling like they were the only person in the gym. We want you to feel confident and happy when walking through our doors and want you feeling even better when you are leaving.

The Gym

When you walk in, our aim is to make you feel confident and happy to be here. Like you belong here. We’re meticulous with our attention to detail and will ensure technique and your safety is our top priority.

Our gym isn’t the ‘TYPICAL’ gym, if you know what you’re doing with your training, great, enjoy your workout. Know that there is a personal trainer at hand if you have any questions. If you don’t, you’ve come to the right place, our daily workouts, our daily strength sessions and classes will always ensure you’re doing things not only correctly but pushing your self to new limits.

What We Offer

1-1 Personal Training sessions:

For those people who need guidance, structure & accountability.

Our 1-1 service will be unmatched.

1-2/3/4 people – Partner or Group Personal Training sessions:

Help split the cost without dropping the level of service we offer, along with the added bonus of having someone else to hold you accountable.

Class memberships:

We have a large range of classes suitable for everyone, from the complete beginner to the elite. Our classes will always be small in numbers so we can guarantee the service you will receive will be like no other.

 

Walk in gym:

Want to climb ropes, push sledges, tackle monkey bars, deadlift, clean or just get a mad arm pump then our facility has the versatility to do it all, and you’ll always have someone who has your back and knows how important your health and fitness is.
